Question 1: Why ballast hasn't reaction?

Solutions: To check if the ballast is powered on. The input voltage value is consistent

with ballast's rating input voltage value, or not. To check if the power cord is correctly

connected.

Question 2: Ballast is powered on, but lamp isn't lit.

Solutions: Check the product specification,and to be sure the lamp is matched with

ballast Check if the lamp is correctly connected with ballast.

Question 3: The temperature of ballast enclosure is high.

Solutions: Due to the ballast is a kind of power product, heating is a normal

phenomenon. As long as the temperature of ballast enclosure is below

70℃ , the ballast can operate normally. If the customer thinks it's

over-heating, they may adopt air cooling.

Question 4: UV lamp tube's lightness is not enough, and lamp is red.

Solutions: To check if the lamp tube is match with ballast. To check if the environment

temperature is low, that may cause the lamp

Question 5: tube to be red, due to power is not enough.

lamp tube turns to black.

Solutions: To check if the lamp tube is match with ballast. To check if lamp is powered

on-off frequently. If the lamp need to be powered on-off frequently, the

customer should choose preheat type ballast.

Note for ordering

・ Input power cord should be changed into different national

standardized power cord. Such as GB, BIS, CE, SAA, etc.

Different power cord has different ordering number (must

check it carefully before ordering). Output line can also be

changed into 4*0.5 mm2,4*18#,5*18#, etc. Output line can

add waterproof connector, dust cover, hole plugs, detailed

information see the accessories list.

The power supply must be cut off before installing and

replacing the ballast.The connecting line between ballast

and lamp tube shall not exceed 5m
